Orlando Science Center

In its infancy in 1955, the Orlando Science Center was devoted to the science of Anthropology with artifacts specific to Florida and the Carribbean Basin.  Since that time it changed direction into a "hands-on" science and technology center.   It has undergone several enlargements and expanded to a size of 207,000 sq ft.  The OSC is accredited by the American Association of Museums (AAM) and is a member of the Association of Science Technology Centers (ASTC).

The OSC shares space in Loch Haven Park with the Orlando Museum of Art (OMA).
