Sharp AQUOS Theatre - Universal Studios Orlando

Located in the heart of Universal Studio's the Sharp Aquos Theatre is the new home of the famous Blue Man Group. The building was the former Nickelodeon Studios from 1990 to 2005 and was the home of well known Nickelodeon shows Slime Time Live, Double Dare 2000, and Figure it Out. The theatre is accessible from the theme park or Universal CityWalk, making it accessible to everyone not just people in theme park. The lobby is well decorated featuring a Blue Man Group theme. The lobby also includes eight Sharp Aquos televisions of different sizes. Five of those televisions show various scenes of Blue Man Group Shows in New York, Las Vegas, and Orlando. The other 3 show a live feed from the theatre, so guests don't miss a minute of the action. Full concessions are available, including the "specialty" Blue Man drink. The "specialty drink is Electric Blue lemonade and is available as an alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage. The theatre itself seats 1,000 people and has a 30 foot Blue man group facade. The seats are separated in 5 "zones". The first 4 rows are called the "Poncho Zone" because there is a poncho in each seat due to materials that may leave the stage. The other 4 "zones" are arranged to provide the best viewing possible. The theatre also includes 13 ADA seats to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. The show is world renowned and speaks for itself. If you are looking for a show unlike anything you ever witnessed and entertainment the whole family can enjoy, there is not a better choice.
